How much does an app cost?
Made to order. Every project is quoted after your free Appetizer call, with Good, Better and Best options. Your signed SOW sets the price and the payment schedule. Changes are quoted in writing and approved by you first.
Is the demo really free?
Yes. Every qualified lead gets a free clickable demo and a Good, Better, Best proposal. No cost, no commitment.
How does the deposit work?
You pay a 50% deposit when you sign (on bigger jobs, three payments of 33/33/34 by milestone). It's non-refundable, and we don't start cooking until it clears. At the final tasting on a staging site, you say yes in writing or click Accept; silence never counts. Say yes, pay the balance, and it's yours and goes live. Pass, and we part ways: no more owed, and the deposit and all work product (code, designs and Figma prototypes) stay with us, with no access or copies. If we cancel before the final tasting, you get the deposit back in full.
Who pays for the apps and tools I use?
You do, directly. You buy and own them and vendors bill you. If there's a tool management fee, the amount and whether it's one-time or monthly is shown in your quote.
What does Dessert (care) cost?
Made to order and sized to your app. Every care plan has a 6-month minimum.
Do I have to switch software?
No. We start from how you work today and only replace what's slowing you down. If a tool works, we connect to it.
Who owns my app?
Your data, logo and content are always 100% yours. For the app itself, there are three options. Subscription: we own the app and you use it while your subscription is active. Hybrid: you own your branding and the custom business logic built for you, and on full payment you get a permanent, non-exclusive license to our core framework as part of your app. Buyout: on full payment you own 100% of the code and deliverables made for you, and we transfer them to you.
